Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@izzytizzybooks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you and inspect the product. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped, you must follow the return process.
